REVOCATION TERMS
To exercise this right and its exercise, it must comply with the following points:
A minimum of 14 calendar days to exercise from the moment the product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the consumer.
No justification or formality is necessary for its exercise. You must notify nikau by email info@nikau.es.
The total amount of the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. This payment will be made in a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment in which the exercise of withdrawal is communicated.
As for the costs of returning the product, will be borne by the consumer. This will be so as long as it has not been previously informed otherwise.
The product does not have to be returned in its original packaging. However, we inform you that if the product is not returned in the same original packaging, the good may suffer depreciation and therefore a reduction or even the loss of the total amount paid.
Exceptions to this right are in the following cases:
Customized or custom made products.
That once they are removed they are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons or because they have been mixed indissociably with other products.
